FERNANDA CARRI

Fernanda Carri (b. 1995), is a Mexican artist whose intimate practice spans painting, sculpture, ceramics, and textile art, with a current focus on abstract sculpture formed from stone and resin. Her work explores deeply personal themes that incorporate her architectural sensibility with her evolving artistic vision.

Influenced by sculptors such as Louise Bourgeois, Carri draws from confessional art, integrating visual clarity with phrases and texts that reveal her private self. Her creative process is rooted in introspection, where internal dialogues and written reflections often evolve into sculptures, paintings, or installations. Each piece thus becomes a physical manifestation of her most personal explorations.
