Drawing on the visual language of Fauvism, the artist rejects naturalistic depth in favor of flattened spatial planes and intense, non-mimetic color. Heavy black outlines, a hallmark of the artist's structural approach, define biomorphic shapes suspended within the central light band, suggesting distorted reflections across a body of water. Below this, an architectural form resembling a sheltered interior is framed by dense fields of cadmium orange and ochre. In the lower right corner, the sweeping abstraction of the terrain is abruptly anchored by a distinct bouquet of stylized flowers.
