See|Me is excited to present PASSION, a juried exhibition of international artists that taps into a universal desire of 2022, the longing to be passionate - to feel and experience things deeply.
In PASSION, 3 grand prize winners and 18 finalists explore the relationship between the powerful forces that drive us, regardless of whether those forces are emotions, such as love, hope, or anger, or the will to confront difficult subjects and press on in the face of adversity.
The work exhibited is both deeply personal, and also extends connection to the world. For both viewer and artist, passionate art lays bare our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions; it often channels the pulse of society, unveiling universal and timely desires and motivations.
Perhaps in 2022, we are all longing to be passionate.
