A New Life

A New Life is set on special Japanese paper I purchased in Tokyo on a trip sponsored by The Herbert F Johnson Museum of Art at Cornell University. From that trip of a lifetime, I was inspired to compose Haiku poetry. A New Life expresses the grief and devastation I have experienced over the last four years after losing my grandson Noah and husband Elliott. My work has become my catharsis enforcing the journey and goal to conquer struggle, stay strong and accept dramatic change.
