A study of The Covenant Ladder | Sulam HaBrit סֻלַּם הַבְּרִית

There was a ladder before there was a way. Its feet were planted in the wounds of the earth, its highest rung lost in the breath of heaven. No angel descended. No voice called from above. Only the silence between one rung and the next. And still, the ladder stood. Not as a promise that suffering would end, nor that heaven would answer every prayer. But that the distance between earth and heaven was never the distance between God and man. For the covenant was not written in the heights, nor buried beneath the dust. It lived in the space between, where the wounded might yet rise, and the heavens might still bend down. And no one could say whether the ladder was waiting for us, or whether we had always been waiting for it.
