This work was born from a news story: the plane crash involving indigenous children in the jungle, and the search within an impenetrable landscape. It explores how human beings become shadows and merge with that very landscape. I tell the story in every knot and every stitch as a metaphor for the void left by loss and the anxiety of the seeker.
