Paula Borsetti’s intuitive process reveals fragments of place and memory through layered soft mint greens, bright cerulean blues, and vibrant pinks. By building up and scraping away paint, she creates an organic, overgrown landscape that feels excavated rather than planned. A dark, avian form rests near the left edge, anchoring the scattered bursts of floral reds and yellows that rise from the lower canvas. These loose, expressive gestures do not depict a specific scene from the coast or woods, but rather capture the accumulated impressions of the environments she inhabits, unfolding organically through her ongoing dialogue with the materials.
