The Princess's Hair

The young woman, whom I believe to be a princess, allows her hair to be combed by the strange-looking assistant, who wears boots, a trench coat, and a monocle that could also be a tear. Her long, wavy hair envelops her. Her defiant gaze makes penetrating contact with the observer, as if he were improperly witnessing a secret scene. This graphic was awarded the "Graphic from Dortmund" prize in 2026.
